NWTF
Joins Forces with Outdoor Connection 10/25/2007
EDGEFIELD, S.C. -
Every year, hunters from around the world inundate the staff of the National
Wild Turkey Federation searching out recommendations for hunting and fishing
outfitters and guide services.
But so many factors go into planning the
perfect trip that it is nearly impossible for the NWTF to make recommendations
on a case-by-case basis.
A new partnership agreement between the NWTF
and Outdoor Connection has solved that problem. Outdoor Connection specializes
in customized fishing and hunting trips with pre-inspected lodges, guides, and
outfitters located around the globe and has worked to pair hunters and anglers
with the perfect trip since 1989.
Whether you're looking for the
ultimate waterfowl hunt, an action-packed big game adventure or looking to wet
a line, Outdoor Connection's franchise owners can help you tailor a memorable,
exciting getaway.
"At Outdoor Connection, our goal is to connect our
clients with the adventure destinations of their dreams. Some of our clients
just want to get away from the phone and sit on a peaceful lake with their
family. Some want to fly to Argentina and fire 1,000 shots a day at millions of
dove. All of our clients have one thing in common - they trust us to provide
the best service available. Each one of our clients know that we go out of our
way to provide them with consistently excellent service in a sector of the
travel business that has become as uncertain as the weather," said David
Tenney, Outdoor Connection agent from Show Low, Arizona who along with Mark
Elpers, Outdoor Connection agent from Wichita, Kansas will oversee the
partnership.
Outdoor Connection has more than 100 agents throughout the
United States and Canada working hard to provide accurate information on all
destinations. Part of what makes Outdoor Connection so confident in their trips
is that every destination has been personally visited by at least one of their
agents.
"We believe there is a great need for the services Outdoor
Connection provides," said Carl Brown, NWTF's chief operating officer. "They
believe in conservation and promoting the hunting tradition and are willing to
put their dollars back into the NWTF and it's programs - that's something
everyone should be able to get behind."
